Like you Lew, I find the old cemeteries to be very peaceful and love to wander through them. If we opt for cremation over burial, do you think the land "saved" would become a park? I seriously doubt it with the urbanization that is going on. So, choosing burial over cremation may actually help to preserve the land as a park setting... at least for the "creepy "ones like you and I. Then again, I may opt to have my remains placed in the ocean as part of the Neptune Memorial Reef.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8152265756039511289.post-56534468580995588142008-04-04T15:10:00.000-04:002008-04-04T15:10:00.000-04:00Burn baby bur and then bury your remains in a ceme...Burn baby bur and then bury your remains in a cemetery. It's cheaper, easier to plan a ceremony for and frees up all kinds of options for creative disposal. Plus it makes for an awesome display of God's power when He calls us home. Some of my favorite places to go, in Michigan, were cemetaries. Not for any morbid reason, but because the landscape and scenery were great.revolutionhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06782870649125138073noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8152265756039511289.post-34291763866887639962008-04-03T18:25:00.000-04:002008-04-03T18:25:00.000-04:00I'm all for Cremation. Your body just slowly decomposes in it's grave and uses up more land where you could have a park or trees could be planted.nothinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02032928308813314461noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8152265756039511289.post-70494914962836340882008-03-31T19:40:00.000-04:002008-03-31T19:40:00.000-04:00I got nuthin'.
